"Karoshi" is a Japanese word and means "death by overwork". In this game many things are not what you'd expect and the goal of each level is counter-intuitive: you need to die.

Each stage presents a new challenge. There are several objects you can use to solve puzzles, and in later levels the game will even break it's own rules to surprise you.

50 clever levels and a boss fight at the end. We hope you have fun (killing yourself)!

If you have played the Game Maker version, YES this is an official Flash version!

very hard yet fun!

I'm love this game except for the fact that I am unable to get past 43... But it's a great challenge!

Holy crap.

I never once expected to see a flash build for Karoshi. I can honestly say I was hoping for something closer to how you did Karoshi 2.0, but I've always enjoyed these nonetheless.

Very interesting game. I like the idea, as well as the tunes and the gameplay. It's very tricky, many puzzles rely on split second timing, but those are few and far between. Haven't beaten it yet, but good work!

NIce game, or should I say anti-game?

Was amusing, looking for ways to kill the character off, instead of frantically avoiding it. a few of the later levels were delightfully simple but still challenging, practically giving you the answer but still making you figure it out.

A great waste of an hour, and you have my posthumous thanks!

he has a gun

why not just shoot himself??!!??

i'll give ya points for original concept.

but seriously.... after you get the gun you'd figure he could just ... put it in his mouth or something.
