Swords & Sandals III:Solo Ultratus hurls you into the greatest gladiator tournament on the planet. Forget all you thought you knew about Swords & Sandals and prepare yourself for the quest of a thousand lifetimes! Powerful new Arena Champions await you. Are you ready to become the ultimate gladiator?

This the DEMO version of the game as usual. It's a big demo though, should see you through at least 50 battles. Bear in mind that's a lot bigger than many flash games you might play.

Support indie developers, we're just trying to make a living - course we'll never compete with the multimillion dollar corporations like Electronic Arts, but there's some real gems to be had ... basically don't just write off a game because it's made in Flash ;)

Swords & Sandals III:Multiplae Ultratus is coming very soon, the beta test was a great success and once some of the bugs are ironed out we will launch it in a month or so.

** Thanks to the Newgrounds for the Front Page spot - much obliged **

Cheers Oliver

good game good game

plz put full games on in future

its frustrating when you are playing a game and then its says youve reach maximum lvl or sumtin

i liked it...but...plz...stop it with the demo

Excellent but flawed

I've played the previous Sword and Sandals games, and I have to say that this one offers better mechanics and options. But, like the previous games, flaws are also apparent. You NEED to be able to get the best weapons and armor you can, but the shops won't always have them. And enemies aren't under the same restrictions, as they can get arms much higher than their apparent levels. Tactical thinking can alleviate this somewhat, but all your tactics can be done in by an enemy who gets a lucky shot. The save option COULD help this, but since the game autosaves after every combat, and since you can't load from a previous save, it doesn't help like it could.
This really is a good game, but the way it's structured makes it harder and more frustrating than it needs to be.
