Today's episode is a continuation of the current story arc (semi-biographically portraying the REAL Cyberen's battle with cancer (we hope you feel better soon, Brock). Dr. Buttswallows's brilliant plan worked! Cyberen (Sylvia Plath) followed the trail of sleeping pills right back into the electro-convulsive therapy room where she received treatment after her first suicide attempt! He tries to shock Plath out of Cyberen's body, but ol' Sylvie has gotten increasingly more powerful and demented in death. Top this with Cyberen's own unwarranted delusions of self-importance, and you have the perfect storm for a massive psychotic break!

Cyberen/Plath dawns a mask, and begins to speak in alliterations about being hellbent on blowing up Happy Hospital, a la the remarkable Alan Moore comic and sort of ok-ish movie: V for Vendetta! Dr. Buttswallows is in quite a pickle! It seems like there is no one left who can stop Cyberen/Plath from running amok! While Dr. Buttswallows works damage control, he sends his most trusted employee, the loveable yet ditzy Nurse Shartzworth (yes, I'm re-introducing the drag queen, Vivian Shartzworth from season one) to assemble a surprising crack team that just might be able to subdue this HILARIOUS poet!
