First paper-flash on Newgrounds. Took about a year on and off from start to finish. Everything drawn on paper then scanned into flash!

The first chapter in the "Stolen" series.

Watch, vote and review.
Approx. running time: 4min

Well then, I've been working on this project for a bit over a year now I think. It hasn't been constant, many interuptions like school and work and stuff, but over these holidays I've been able to work on it solidly for a few days and finish it up all nice for you guys.

This is my first paper-flash on Newgrounds and the first of what I hope to be a small series of cartoons all following on from eachother. I tried to keep the redrawing to a minimum but found that it didn't work too well and that I was really limited. Next time, I will have to work my ass off to create heaps more background and angles.

I've had fun making this and encourage everyone to try a paper flash, even if it's just a short 30 second piece of crap, it's still fun.

That's enough from me now, watch the cartoon, enjoy and review!

Unlike anything I've ever seen

This had a totally different style then anything I've ever seen before.
Although it was a bit boring a parts and next to made no sense I liked it very much because of your wonderful drawn on paper style.
The music also fit in well and was quite dramatic.
Really nice job man I can tell you put a lot of work into this.

Simply amazing

Andrew, this is some crazy stuff. Superb sense of timing, incredibly nice grunge-style drawings, a deep, thick atmosphere well supported with the sound, music and lighting choices.

Overall fantastic!

In the world of the SPINNINGCUBECLOCKS' darkly funny film, we're all going to hell and the only possible response is to sit back and be amused by the sheer absurdity of the ride.
