IMPORTANT: Make sure CAPS LOCK is not on while playing this game, otherwise some buttons won't work. It's a flaw in the code, sorry about that...

The Rise of a KING takes a turn to the role playing genre, but still retains the action from its predecessor. If you havent played The Rise of a Knight, then there is a "Story so Far" section where you can watch a slideshow of what happened in the first game.

Explore the world in and around Stormguard Castle as you start off on your first day as a Knight. Times are getting dark with the current king and many others behaving strangely while more and more dangerous creatures appear, causing trouble all over the kingdom. You seem to be the only one to see the obvious corruption, and its up to you to dissolve this matter...

NOTICE: Anyone is free to make videos of my games. Sharing video game experiences with others is really nice. It gives me some exposure while the people who make the videos get something back in return. I fully support the monetisation of any video you make containing footage from my games. As long as you don’t claim to be the creator of my games, it’s all good! Throwing my name, SeethingSwarm, as the creator into the description or into the video itself is also always appreciated.

verry good

The weapons could be more expensive. In the first mission i already had the 2 best spells, best armor en best sword because there verry cheap.

The reasons why I made it easy to get money fast in this game is simply because its a flash game and I did not think a lot of people would want to to spend a lot of time running around, saving up for that real expensive stuff, but I was wrong. Many people have complained about this, so yeah, I'll seriously take this under consideration for my next game :)

Thanks for the review and glad you liked it!

Haven't I seen this here before? O.o

Anyway, I rated it a 5/5 because it's one of the better games I've seen these past 2 months ;D.

I haven't gotten very far yet, but I'll be back :0

SeethingSwarm responds:

Thanks a lot! Should have made locations closer to each other. I initially thought the travelling was epic and very atmospheric, but most people seem to have a big problem with it, so yeah, go figure...

veddy veddy....

niiiiiice. bit cumbersome running around and stuff and it was a tad too easy what with being able to buy the best sword, armor, and shield from the get go but all-in-all niiiiiiice

SeethingSwarm responds:

Yeah, I thought the running around bits would add atmosphere to the game, but most people just found it annoying... well, live and learn!
