Those 2 look similar from Pokemon though, but from a Mega Man franchise. That makes it really good for a crossover.

I make weird things when I cant sleep O_O
This little gem stars Plum and Report from a megaman game called "Battle and Chase". It was a racing game released only in Japan and Europe. Plum and Report are the announcers. Anyway, I dont expect you to like this or hate it, its just here. And please dont bash me because its pokemon related. If you think about it (which is a rare act for the majority of Newgrounds folk), I'm actually poking fun at pokemon (bad pun), having some unrelated characters sing the Team Rocket song. Uhh... anyway, go wacth ;)
And turn the volume up, the song isnt very loud

Okay, it's not that great, but it's a great tribute to Team Rocket. Positive pokemon flashes were rare at this time. Here was when the website was anti-Pokémon. Now, it's universally loved. How odd. It is rather short.
I just like hearing this song. That's a pretty popular Pikachu gif. I liked the background. Well, it wasn't sprite work or drawings. Well, your own drawings at least.
