This was originally going to be in one part but I'm going off to college this week so I didn't know how much I'd be able to work on it there, thus I split it up so I could at least put up part of it. Anyway, it's about a girl who finds a magical scarf/superhero and they have adventures. Although there isn't too much adventuring in this part of the episode...Enjoy for what it is, a prelude.
Personally I didn't like it.
The Animations were truthfully cute but it was just to easy to see it was 'drawn'. The Audio was very bad so please improve the clearity and sound quality of it. The Transitions and Effects were very low or non-exsistant in my eyes so please work/fix on those too. I hope to watch this again improved because I'm sure you can do it.
I don't get what you mean by "drawn", but I definitely understand what you're saying with the audio. I kinda threw most of sounds in later. I'll see what I can do for transitions as well. Thanks for your thoughts.

The drawings were really cute. I liked the idea also, it was very unique. A tie that could move? No way!
~Bad Points~
Unfortunately there are more bad points than good. I really couldn't here what people were saying, especially the Eskimo. The animation was kind of jerky and the whole thing went too fast. You could do with a few still shots to be honest. The whole animation was going a mile a minute!
~How to improve~
Add subtitles.
Have a few still shots
Make the screen a little smaller to prevent white gap at the bottom.
Touch up the animations.
Otherwise it was very cute and a nice first episode, or first part :D

I loved it! It was so... happy :D, but I did notice one thing, like on the bottom bracket,
it like had like a little white line, and it annoyed me.
But anyways Gr8 job.

Yeah, I noticed that. Something with Newgrounds makes it so when I type in the actual height and width, it makes it a little bigger...I could try ajusting it a bit.
