Not bad at all really. Some of the limbs however, looked like they weren't really attached together, rather looking whole. But, none the less the art was good and got me to chuckle. I'd say keep up the work , maybe do more with the idea.

Yup, you can draw, although I think the cuteness takes away from what little bad-assness Rock Lee has in the series. I'd rate it higher, it's only so low because it's just a test.
