It took several months of procrastination, but I got round to a new video that took over a week's intense work to make. Even though it is only my third flash short to date it is the most advanced one yet and I feel that at the rate I am going I can only improve.

This short is based on the Aesop fable that greed can get you stuck in a difficult situation, it was quite popular with my circle of friends on DeviantART, and now it's here for a wider audience to enjoy!

Looking back on it, I think this short is pretty rough and ponderous, but I guess we all must start somewhere.

Winnie the Pooh

Not very original. Reminds me entirely of Winnie the Pooh when Pooh had eaten so much honey that he couldn't get out of Rabbit's house. Therefore, I'm not impressed.

KFoxyFox responds:

Just remember that these fables were written well before A.A. Milne was born. This animation is also kind of old too, so I am not exactly impressed with it anymore either =P

it's okay

I thought that the hunters were going to come and find the stuck fox though. So the end was a surprise.

The animation is good, hust the voice wasn't quite clear...

Im curious

Is this stolen from Poo Bear or is that part in Poo Bear stolen from this fable?

KFoxyFox responds:

The fable came well before Winnie The Pooh, but I'm not sure if the similarities are coincidental or not.

Impossible, but still fun

Foxes can only eat 10% of their body weight, no way it would have gotten so incredibly fat in a single sitting. Fox would have probably hid all of the food in little holes all over the place

KFoxyFox responds:

Hehe, true, but then this is just a cartoon so it doesn't have to be realistic.
