Set Quailty to low if it lags.
This submission is not for my sake, but to promote the SFC (Street Fighter Collab)
This first started as an experiment but alot of my friends liked it and got accepted to the SFC.
I got the 3-D Hwoarang sprites from MUGEN. The author is Silver.
I AM aware that Ryu gets his ass handed to him but I don't you have seen 3-D Sprites.
Since the sprites were intended to run at 60 FPS, the sprite movements might not be as fast but it's fine anyway, I tried my best to make the best possible. This movie runs at 25 FPS.
