**PLEASE READ. I had to cut down the size, dont know how it will look. I did this animation for a program called "John Howard." Its where if you get charged for somthing you go to this place and they give you somthing to do and you dont get a crimenal record. I got charged for doing graffiti, and they told me to do an animation so here it is. THIS IS MY SECOND ANIMATION so dont be to harsh. Still no loading screen, to stupid to learn how to make one.
Ok, but a bit artisticly challenged
This was ok, though there are a few things that would drasticly improve it. First, take it off loop unless its meant to be that way. Second, put a bit more effort into the movements and speech bubbles - not anything drastic, just a bit of a graphic overhaul.
Oh, and I've been thrugh one of those programs too. Just do what they say, do it well, and don't commit any more crimes, and you're fine. :)

How do you take off loop? I didn't even know you could! Also I agree with the more effort part but they didn't give me alot of time.
I did everything that I was suppose too, they were pleased so I have no record! Which is ironic because I'm travling tomorrow.
