Looks like you put a lot of effort into this. Basically how a condom deals with 3 different situations. It is a condom, right? Maybe it's late, but it just wasn't that interesting, needs something more.

New cartoon that is mostly made frame-by-frame from Mariokind Creations.
History--
H-Andy a "you know what" was created by me in 1997 when then he was just a cartoon on paper....this was the first episode of that cartoon fully redone in animation.

I just didn't follow that at all. I just couldn't follow what was going on, and for this reason, didn't find it funny.
The graphics were allright tho', but the pre-loader was a bit dodge.
You might have wanted to make the pre-loader a bit shorter.
