Finally after months of development and balancing and testing, Pandemic II is here! I've tried my very best to ensure the game has surpassed the original in every possible way. Now its up to you to evolve your disease, infect mankind and kill them all!

Total stratety... I really love this game :D

I never knew spreading disease and chaos was so fun! The actual game itself is really good but can you try making a tutorial in the actual game so that I don't have to go to another tab but other than that everything's nice and dandy :)

How to drag the view? The disease started in South Africa but the view is around America so I can't even see South Africa.
Well, it's a good time waster :)

The overall concept is good and the game is fun to play for a while, but the lack of realism in (even in realistic mode) can be frustrating.

Case in point: A completely harmless and asymptomatic disease causes widespread panic, closing of airports and shipyards, etc. after its infection rate increases. But how is it possible that people even knew they were infected in the first place?

The government and scientists truly seem to have psychic abilities. Within less than an in-game day of my virus gaining the ability to spread via insects, governments around the world were using pesticides to reduce insect populations in order to combat this.

There is also the fact that once a country closes itself off completely (I'm looking at you Madagascar, with your lone port of entry), then it becomes effectively impossible to infect that country (even if the virus is airborne and an adjacent nation has a 100% infection rate). At this point the game becomes unwinnable, and considering how jumpy some governments are, this can become a serious issue.

Despite these flaws, I can't help but like the game. The premise is pretty cool, and if you simply accept the fact that 10% of the world is almost impossible to reliably infect, then you can still have fun with this game. There is enough strategy involved to keep things interesting, even if your best laid plans are occasionally thwarted by governmental paranoia.
