This got front page AND review crew pick!? Thank you, Mr. Tom! And thanks to all who are writing reviews and such. Appreciated. Even if I don't respond to it, you can be sure I read it.

The sequel is finally here. Well...the first part anyway. The little robot finds himself constantly fighting enemy robots of unknown origin, only to find that he cannot even remember his own origin. Still he feels the need to help, and that's where this short starts.

It's about 4 minutes long. This time around the atmosphere's a bit more serious and there's the hint of a story behind the whole ordeal. I've used a couple 3d elements within some of the cuts (primarily the backgrounds). I've spent a little more than half a year working on this on and off, though I've been trying to mold the whole story up since the original came out.

I haven't submitted anything in a while, and for that I apologize. 2007 was a rough year for me and I didn't have much time to animate then. Life has gotten a bit better but I still need to figure some things out before I keep working on Part 2. It might be a while! Anyways, ENJOY THE MOVIE!

Beyond awesome....

Jim, I've been following your work for a while now, Circuit Skirmish being my favorite followed closely by Carl Spacedew. Well, I have to say that when I visited newgrounds just now, the first words out of my mouth were "No way...". I was absolutely thrilled to not only just see a continuation to Circuit Skirmish, but that it also got front paged, truly something this animation deserved! I am also thrilled and excited to hear that you also have at least another episode planned for development.

While watching this I certainly was most pleased to see that, despite your increased take on seriousness, that you still allowed yourself to keep some humor flowing throughout. Your execution of this and your animation style are truly something to be admired. It is this style that has your other animations, such as Carl Spacedew and The Camel Spider, nested within my personal offline collection :3

As with advancements with flash have improved, I easily noticed the increase in detail here in CS: Disk 1. Our Protagonist has gotten some more detailing while our Antagonists have had a complete modeling overhaul (either that or they're just new robots in general XD), most likely to make them look different since the older originals closely resembled the protagonist.

I thoroughly enjoyed the action contained within along with the subtle humor. When our Protagonist took shelter behind the cement barrier, I was honestly surprised not to see one of its antenna shot off like in the previous episode. I was completely expecting it, yet it never came along, which was a twist for me!

Loved it, along with everything else within, but there was just one thing that irked me about the flash. Near the end, when our mysterious character attempted to address the Protagonist, I felt that the voice acting could have used just a touch more feeling behind it, but other than that I really couldn't find a flaw at all! ^-^

All in all, truly another spectacular flash by you my good sir, and I await the climatic finish awaiting us all on Disk 2!

Wow thank you for your .02! Appreciated. You noticed a ton there. I'll definately take everything into consideration-- especially my good friends' voiceacting. I'll point a gun at him while he's voicing it. Again, thanks!

That was awesome. The 3D effects make it look even awesomer. This is brilliant. Can't wait for Disk 2.

However I noticed the end of the first movie, the robot's 'Bad Robots Destroyed' tally was 28, and now it's 27...
