The Nowhere is where it all started, with Hank chilling at like some arcade in Nevada, the idiots of The Nowhere were having "fun". Madness Combat started when BB guy socked hank in his imaginary shnoze. The grunts origonated from Nowhere into Nevada.

If you showed this to someone and then said in the future the series is about the state of Nevada which has gotten super fucked up cause of the power of an improbability drive started by some random sheriff and the main cast of characters are all mass killing machines with some recurring characters being Jesus Christ and a reality bending clown you probably would've sounded like a MAD man.
