this is my first stop motion done using a white board and the rest i just made up pleas leave comments even tho it is poor but it only took 2 hours to make. This animation was longer but it exceeded the maximum MB's so its about half as long .

I remember when I had to do stop motion in school. Technically, it was a pretty stopmotion film with a great concept. Some words of advise would be to use a tripod, maybe also to make it longer, even though you said it exceeded max MBs, try to find a way to maybe compress it, or just try to make it longer next time. I think this is my largest review so far :D
Good concept
I know its kinda Jerky, and short, But you have a good concept, It works realy well, Put the camera on a stand or somthing and smooth your animation out a tad. I would love to see more of these. Dont let other people put you down, Just improve on what you've done. KEep it up ^_^

Very Hard to watch.
The camera position was never in the same orientation. You really need to get a tripod or other camera support platform if you want to do stop motion with any real consistancy.
I believe you said it was your first attempt , and hopefully you will try again with your camera on a stable platform...doesn't mean you can't reposition the camera for various angles etc...it just makes it easier on our eyes.

Well, is your first SM movie, right?
Next time you can try to increase the speed between images and use a tripod for the camera. Try next time... and dont make the file so heavier ( 10 MB for this?)

first I wanted to blam, but its a SWF so... even if it has nothing to do with flash animation I am curious what ppl say.
At least here are movies made with 3d engines or modeling clay movies.
I want to see if ppl around are ready and willing to accept more movies than animated cartoons.
I don't know myself what to think about that basic question so let's see.
