The only thing i found was useful was how to animate the skateboard tricks,.

If you are gonna show people how to do flash animations, you have to teach them how to do it GOOD. Not stiffen stickmens who react badly and stands almost still the whole way trough. And also, do not use the one layer - one body-part technique, it looks so awful unprofessional!! Please take my advise.

its ok, but be carefull with the intro, because letters and background can have problems, anyway, where did you get that skate sounds???

I know this is a tutorial but still you should improve the overall graphics.
Your "full body" person was a bit dodgy and you chose to use a stick to animate.
Just remember that your better off useing an actual drawing of a person
because you can animate legs better that black lines...
Also your "tricks" need a lot more work.
The start skateboard was ok but when you drew the skateboard
flipping it just got reall messy.
Especially with your varial, it looked like it imploded on itself...
