It was ok, but....
While graphically it was sub-average, the use of the 2 Girls 1 Cup music and the combination of photos and cartoons caught my attention. Maybe if you worked a little longer on this it would be more successful, but really at the moment it looks rushed and a little lazy.

It is thinking like this that has brought the humour of the younger generation into the ground. Now you see in Superbad the penis drawing obsession was funny due to seeing people's reactions to it.
Yours though is lacking in everything really aside from music. The animation was basic, but it was the fact that your joke is "a penis, HAHAHAHAHHAHA", and the average person above 7 does not think like that. If you do then sorry you have maturity issues.
