Nintendo Story ep 2

March 8th...the day I submitted NIntendo Story ep 1. It was rushed and I wished I could make it better but I couldn't. I was expecting the next episode be finished around a month or two ago, but a lot of things got in the way, and I did make two parts for two different collabs. While making this movie, I had a few weeks when I couldn't work because our computer needed to be backed up from a virus.

PS: I had a lot of sound errors with my computer and they might show up in this movie by voices and sounds appearing in wrong spots. I greatly apoligize if this happens which it probably will. Also wait after the credits for outakes.

Edit 2: Oh silly me. I forgot the specs.

The movie's runtime is three minutes, fifty seconds counting the credits. With the extra outakes, it's four minutes, twenty seconds.
24 fps
6290 frames

Edit 4: Several edits deleted. The point is, I had a lot of problems with sounds. And although I feel ashamed about it, I feel I should tell that most of the problem was me not streaking the sounds.

I don't think this movie is too bad. The animation is still fairly choppy and quick, but it's smoother and more realistic compared to previous movies. Some of it is pretty stupid, but mostly alright. But why didn't I put in a Scene Selection? God damn.

Getting better

Still one or two little bits that need working on, but overall, this is turning onto a good piece - I can see your animation skills developing as we go through the back catalogue.

I'd suggest that you do something about your breaks in the animation - we didn't need to know that the song was appropriate, we can work that bit out. Just move straight into the fight and show us your improved animation skills.

It was a shame that you didn't even give the stick figure a face, as it would have developed him so much. I know that you're not going to use him in the series for a while now, but it's something that you can think about, with the potential to improve him for if / when he comes back. You've crossed the fourth wall with Mario dissing his looks, because of the 'lazy animator' and it would be nice karmic retribution if he could say "The animator gave me a face!" to Mario upon a triumphant return, or something like that.

The drawing has improved and with time, it will continue to do so. I look forward to seeing more of your works :)

Gustavos responds:

If only I still had the .fla...

I would indeed take out the "And now time for a special fight scene with special music". Or whatever I said back there.

Glad you saw some improvement. Back when I submitted this, I was still unsure whether or not I actually got better at all, you know?

Thanks for the feedback!

i have one thing to say

its was really funny at the fight but the last out take just made me want to - one star y didint u like make it like luigi was in the video game world and so u get to see it? i say it would be better just by a little if u did:)

Gustavos responds:

It took me until now to figure out just what the hell you're talking about. It's called a cliffhangar.

Also, proper grammar doesn't take too much brain power to accheive.

Lol

Nice job with the portal joke :P Big improvement since number 1, gratz!

Gustavos responds:

Thanks!

Everyone give it up for Gustavos

Gustavos responds:
