Your drawing needs improving, like your blood (it doen't spray out and then instanly drop to the floor) it should do this 1. =- or this 2.--_. Number 1 is when the blood dissaperes frame by frame, And number 2 is when it curves towards the floor.

I watch this film for 5 seconds then i make a remarkable discovery, "I know instead of watching a pathetically pointless drawn mock immitation of doom why don't i just simply play it myself" I don't understand and I never will understand what you, or this pointless video was trying to acheive here, again in parallel with this video if i wanted to kill cats I would grab my kitchen knife and do it myself. The lack of effort was present here and it didn't go down well with me, especially after such an agonisingly long wait.

I liked the FPS part, but...
...that was it. The story was horribly cliched, the "animation" was horribly executed, the dialouge was horribly stiff, and the graphics were horribly... horrible, to say the least.
