Cool, the music really helped to hit this one home. And don't worry, I instantly thought candy=person the way it was worded. Nice choice of hobbits as characters :p

EDIT: I just realised that the music ends so much sooner here than it does on my computer when watching it, no idea why!, I better try and fix that before handing it in. Oh an yea, I know, I tweened alot.
Hi all.
Thanks for viewing my animation. Upon starting this animation, was the first time I'd ever opened the flash program. I began Animation as a subject at Hornsby TAFE, and created this as my final project (which I will be handing in for marking in 3 days!). It's basically a 2 minute animation, with the story line of 'Deja Vu', an event that is dreamt before happening.
Please vote and provide me with feedback.
I've added no sound effects to this, just a background song, which is Worlds Converged by midnight juggernauts. I'm still learning flash, so to work on sound editing at the same time would make this take so much longer!

very nice besides the music....
the graphics were nice and the angles were all spot on, the only problom was that the calander has on it the word "candy" I was actually thinking that it was a bag of candy and not an actuall person, just wanted to point that out

Yeah I've been told that at TAFE too. I spent so long thinking of a girls name, but everything I came up with was so cliche! Maybe I'll go with something more feminine next time.
Was sorta nice.
It was a nice 1st flash, animation and drawings were ok, but it felt like something was lacking.... Like a good plot, faces and maybe somethings more. It was a nice attempt though.

Yeah I wanted to have faces, but I was having issues (at the start) drawing faces on all of the angles. The will be plenty of emotion in my next one. Not sure about lip synching yet, I need to master sound first.
For your first time..
This is a really great first animation, it was very different from what we usually get here from first time authors such as yourself. The graphics were great, everything was well animated and planed out, and it even told a story. I look forward to seeing your future submissions here on Newgrounds!

this was good, only thing was that it lag in the motion sometime but appart for that it was well done

Thanks for the reply. I think I missed a few checkboxes when exporting the movie for quality, not just for synching the sound. I might try to see if I can fix that.
