Well, because this isn't technicaly a flash animation. The very definition of animation is "drawn cinema" the definition of cinema is "moving pictures." your flash, however, had a single poorly drawn picture with music playing. And seeing as how this is New Grounds, a single poorly drawn picture is just not going to cut it. Sorry, but you need to put a LOT more effort into your "animations". Better luck next time. And if you disagree please message me and tell me why.
