I began this flash almost a year ago (right after the episode featuring this came on). I did everything frame by frame which means (pardon my aggressive language)...this took a shit ton of time to do.I Originally had begun this flash very ambitiously, planning to include the actual fight scenes (every one of them) of Ichigo and Grimmjow and to actually not have spots of black void and subtitles (which I only put in to make what I had completed flow) but I, due to it being my senior year in high school, was not able to have a life and work on this flash. I actually just started back up on it a few days ago. I am about to leave for college (summer semester) and my adobe flash cs3 trial expires in 3 days (I had to download the trial to start back up this flash), so it looked to me like this was it.
Again, this IS a complete flash in normal standards but is about 47% complete according to my original plans which, as I said before, proved to be unreasonable. Please forgive me for that. There are subtitles because the English dubs for these episodes have not come out yet. I love bleach so all you bleach fans out there show me some love. I did work my ass off on this. And, if you couldn't tell, I DID copy from the anime...that was really the whole point, I just highlighted Ichigo and Grimmjow's aggressiveness towards each other. It was still a shit ton of work. Just a little side note, some sound quality had to be sacrificed to shrink this video to 10mb but it didn't come out too bad. I love you guys, so please enjoy to the best of your ability.

Alright, there are a few little kinks and unsyncs but this is the best I could do before I ran out of time (I'm leaving in 30 min. and I'll be gone for a few weeks) So I won't be at my computer. But like I said before, enjoy.
