surprisingly accurate !
not bad, it even has sum of the lil trix in minesweeper, the only thing u could fix now iz that every starting click will allways be a clear space. but that would mean making allot of custom lvl.s ... eh, good job !

it's a good mine sweeper for NG,
only little improvements could make your work go to T-rated
but why play your minesweeper if there is one in every computer
simply because your minesweeper is more original so...
add something new to your game!
music and sound effects were great, i liked the background
so i would play this minesweeper because it has that! music, effects and graphics
but add something else...
in general the game was good but has some bugs that has to be fixed
the first one is with the flag, if you try to put the flag but you are moving the mouse the flag gets to anywhere else but not where your cursor is.
the second one is like a lag (and its not my computer...) you move the cursor above the squares but the arrow takes a lot of time to get there...
i think your work is great i really like to play it, improvements:
--add more backgrounds like levels (it's very cool the animation while you are playing)
--fix the bugs
--maybe a hint button? (it's your choice)
keep the good job! 8/10 4/5

Hey! Thx for the review in the first place! Now something about the 'bugs'. There are actually no bugs in the game but it is possible that your computer can't handle all the animation while playing... Then you get serious lag of the flag (on my fast PC no problem, on my slower PC, the same problem as you have). Just try to turn off the animation and the game must be playable... The fact that your cursor lags... never seen a flash game that lags your (standard) cursor! That's way above my intelligence... Can't answer that :)
The hint button is certainly a good thought!
Maybe I'll make a kind of Mine Sweeper Expanded or something ;)

Nicely done, but why was this game made..? I can find the exact same game in my Start -> Games folder.. At least the windows version, have more configurations.
I'm sorry to be so harsh, because it was very well made, just very boring..

Actually it was just a personal challenge to program this game in Flash... In the end I was very happy with the result so I put it on NG... I searched NG before I uploaded this game and found only 1 other (crappy) mine sweeper so I still think it's a good addition to NG. Even better... I searched the internet for flash based mine sweepers and found out that there weren't that many good, well made mine sweepers...
But I surely understand that it's not 'original', if u keep in mind that every PC has it standard installed...

Never liked the Windows version, but fresh graphics make it fun! I'll give it a 7
Nice but:
- Background music wasn't that good
- Just the old minesweeper game
