Getting There

like others said, your animation is pretty solid. Sound is very useful, it can make a scene full of action to get people pumped, or it can make a scene scary. Its always good to have sound in a video. Another thing would be a start button so it won't be continuously looping. I think there is one up for download around newgrounds, just have to look. Keep trying, your getting there!

Sound would greatly improve this flash. I mean you already got smooth animation but it's just boring to watch without sound.

pretty generic

not bad, but pretty generic, and I see your tryign a different style with the heads to small instead of to big, but it just looks weird and doesn't do it for me, though the animation in quite smmoth, work on your ideas and add some sond next time
