Just so everyone knows, this is my first attempt at Flash animation, and while I know it's no the greatest, nd doesn't have sound, it still took me a while to learn, and any helpful criticism is welcomed.

This is after all your first. I can't complain. Except that the speech moves too fast and you should try making them actually move. Again I can't complain because I haven't made any flash yet.
is missing something...
try adding some background music maybe
