Just as badass as I remembered! If I went into full detail about why I love this game, this review would be long as shit, but take my word for it, this is a great game. In fact, I'd go as far as to say this is one of my favorite NG games of all time! The Last Stand series continues it's march of badassery even to this day.
(P.S, give any and all full-auto weapons to your survivors, because they don't do much damage and four of them will be an excellent help. Use the Hunting Rifle if you get it, and NEVER use the Grenades. Also, keep your Chainsaw at all times, because you're the only one who can equip it.)

A truly fantastic game. There are some issues, however, that make gameplay much less enjoyable. I'm not sure if these are unresolved bugs or simply design decisions, but two things in particular bother me. The first is the "Retry" mechanism. Any survivors or traps lost stay lost, making the "retry" much harder than the original attempt. The other issue is the fact that survivor health does not refill at the beginning of each round. This is likely a gameplay decision to make the survivors more valuable, but I find it quite irritating when one of my party dies three seconds into the round, especially when they have a better weapon than the others. The second point does not influence my rating, it's just a thought.
Sadly a bad game because you can't even aim at the ground too shoot dogs or like the shotgun is just trash and you should make a better random generation spawn for zombies because i got 1 round there were only runners and that was impossible too win because it is just too hard and you can't srsly think that u have any chance so how about making it 3d so you can actually line up at shot and not try too be lucky with hitting
Great sequel to the original, good aesthetics, the changing backgrounds based upon what town you were in is a nice welcome, and the interface for finding things feels significantly more open than the first one. Didn't run into any glitches unlike the first one. Some slow-down here and there, but nothing that would ruin the experience or anything.
In my opinion, this game feels a bit easier than the first one-which isn't a bad thing. The difficulty definitely picks up as the nights progress, but it doesn't feel like the game is hitting me with too much to handle in the beginning. You really start to feel the manpower backing you up as you find more and more survivors and hook them up with weapons, but you also feel the increasing barrage of various zombies that keep you on your toes as well. This is a good balance. ^_^)b
I personally enjoyed the game, the only thing about it that nicks me is that (unless this was a glitch) you can't equip the supporting survivors with the bow and arrow, or the grenades. I eventually ended up forgetting about those weapons when they probably would have been useful.
Having options in regards to where I can travel to is also a nice edition, the world feels significantly more expanded upon in comparison to the first game while maintaining the dark, gritty, -you-could-die tone it sets at the beginning.
Overall, good game. Enjoyable, good for wasting time away on the laptop, and it challenges you without going overboard or hitting you with too much in the beginning.
