Here is the second of what I've been working on lately, I'll be submitting yet another very shortly. Please be fair in reviews, for this has taken a huge chunk of my life away. I really enjoyed messing around with this. It's not the type of game you see everyday on Newgrounds, that's for sure! Though it is a bit limited, there are some pretty cool designs that can be made, if you're feeling creative. ;)
Also, music would be nice, though you already stated that in your comments. Maybe add a jukebox option containing mutiple songs?
Overall a cool little artistic game, nice work.

Potential
There is a lot you can do to improve this. You can make it so that instead of drawing just rectangles you can draw lines to make any shape you want. You could also implement maps and movements. Maybe even lighting.
