Rocket man is a puzzle/skill game, you need to guide the rocket through the level before the time runs out.
There are unlockable extras after hard mode has been beaten, including a boss level and different rocket trails.
It's difficult even if you're playing in easy mode

This guy's games are great! I just joined the site today and im playing through all of his games and this is one of the best ones. Very Challenging and fun!
