* POSSIBLE SPOILER WARNING * - This movie takes place around episode 109 of the Naruto anime (chapter 180 of the manga).

History:
When I first heard this song, I immediately associated it with Naruto. The links between the 'Green Leaves' and the 'Village of the Hidden Leaf', as well as the theme of being happy and strong in the face of adversity.
I first started the animation a few years ago, after I'd read the appropriate part of the Japanese manga, but kept on putting it off (mainly due to the embarassment when people looking over my shoulder asked what I was doing drawing half-naked boys) and eventually forgot about it.
I picked it up again a few months ago, after the encouragement of a friend and his girlfriend, who had recently gotten into the American version of the anime.
So, here it is. My first animated music video. There is probably more I could do with it, but I think I've reached the stage where adding anything else will be a lot of effort, for barely noticeable improvements.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy it and appreciate any comments.
