High potential
"Where's the enthusiasm?"
I think I can explain why people are feeling this. This is addressed to Sephor Rud:
You seem to be a good voice actor, the problem is instead of coming up with 'voices' for different characters, you're only coming up with 'pitches'. Main character is a medium pitch, that tough Knight is a low pitch etcetera
There's nothing really WRONG with doing that, but it means you have to keep Larry's voice at a constant pitch or it isn't Larry's voice anymore. When he's whining, I want to hear him go high - when he's angry, I want to hear him go low. At the moment he kind of pushes forward at almost monotone. It makes for very lack lustre listening.
I recommend coming up with some distinctive voices, even if you keep Larry's the same. Then when you're recording the voices, makes sure you do it when everyone else is out so you don't try and restrain yourself, really go nuts with it - experiment with many different ways of saying lines.

As for the actual style, I thought it was beautifully presented. I've never really liked the line tool, but it doesn't bother me here. The backgrounds are beautiful, you've managed to come up with something that is fun to look at without taking attention away from where's it's needed.
I love Larry's design. Now if only you could make a few more characters that match him.
