Something's missing
The animation is not that bad. However, there really isn't any context to take this as. It's kind of random and it would seem by the other commentators that this is also a part of a larger story. Perhaps your should take the extended time to do a full piece rather than a clip.
It has potencial
Though to make it have more sense, I would try adding the small backstory that led to this event, that way anyone who watches this will get it and not only the ones familiar with the webcomic.
