I made this movie in about 3 or 4 hours. The animations aren't that great. At some point, the lip sync isn't quite coordonated, but i tried my best (in that time limit).

This kind of reminded me of the Metalocalypse show. the animation's not bad for a 3 or 4 hour job I did see alot of loops in there but you did change it up some times so it's not bad. the lip sync looks good to me.
This said, even though I'm not a big fan of death metal, I think you did a great job. Only thing I could suggest is instead of doing loops, take a few days and make it really a great clip. Who knows, one of these might be a portfolio piece for you.
