The 2-second looping music was extraordinarily annoying, and the characters were very poorly drawn; I didn't know what half of them were supposed to be, other than random shapes. I vote a 1 just for the anti-smoking message, but that's about the only good thing that I saw in this video; needs lots of improvement.

Also, what does "kan" mean? Is that like the Japanese equivalent of "fin?"
