Not too bad
It s got most of the basics- sound, animation, background etc. However, it is mostly of poor quality and there isn't much to it.
The sound is very rough and hard to hear. You need to practice and redo voices until they are clearer.
The intro thing is very basic, b/w stickmen is SO overdone and common.
I think you have the beginnings of something good, but you are not, in my opinion, ready for submitting to NG.
Please do work on it.

Ugh. How could you?
This was a badly drawn, badly animated, bad sound - filled movie. It wasn't in any way funny, The end music was a pain to my ears, I couldn't even hear the guy announcing he was going to be a father, and I'm surprised I actually managed to watch it all the way through. When you make your next film (and please do, I'd hate to bring someone who can use flash down), please, please, PLEASE, make it a massive improvement from this.
This seems somewhat familiar.
Oh I know. You took the ending from Tankmen. Come on be original. I hate it when people take other people's stuff. It just ruins there animation which they worked hard on. You could at least give them credit.
