I would be harsher if this you had more cartoons but ya this is alright and what is with the drawings it looks like MS Paint

Practice, practice, practice.

This is pretty good, with more practice you should be able to do some interesting things with Flash. This makes a good demo reel of what you've learned so far, but putting a story together can help you improve things a little. Keep it up, and remember to keep practicing.
