The Final Dare

Oh, hello. This is my first submission for 2008 and I have to say, I'm pretty glad I managed to finish this. It's not that it took ages to make - it didn't - it's just that I kept on postponing it for such a long time and finally, I finished it off. Sorry for the massive filesize. At least it's not as big as it would be if I used Megadeth's 'Hangar 18' for the introduction.
This game is a finale to my series 'Dared'. I advise that you play the other Dared games, first.

I hope you enjoy this game. If there are any glitches (which I hope not because I spent an hour trying to fix them all) tell me in your review what they are. Leave a review and vote, please. I'll respond most reviews, if not all.

Play, and find out the important truth behind life.

It kind of had a matrix feel to it, how the truth is hidden, and we may not want to know what it is. Short, but for what it was, it was well done.

Thanks and you're the only one who said it had a matrix feel but I see where you got that idea from. ;P

Thanks for the review.

Not bad.

As I said, it is not bad, but I feel that this one was actually shorter than the prequels, despite you saying it would be longer. Also, I felt that this one didn't have the same amount of plot and effort put into it.

Mechabloby responds:

I said I'd try to make it longer and you may be right about the effort. I did rush the ending although, even the plot is more thinner in this game than the others, I believe it is also the strongest and it can tie the other two together and can be related to the world we live in today.

Gotta think outside the box for that outcome, though.

it's great

I suggest making it kinda like submachine, I think thats what it's called...... Ya anyways putting obstacles make it more interesting love the spooky music though

Mechabloby responds:

Nice idea. This series was really just my first proper go at making a game so in the future - if I choose to make more games, anyways - I'll add more obstacles but I'd rather not use the same idea of gameplay that Submachine has used. I'll come up with something. Don't you worry. :P

Good tension

Haven't played the other ones yet, saw this one as an underdog. The mysteriousness of this game keeps the viewer interested.

Mechabloby responds:

Then you may enjoy the other two. o:

not bad

i give you eight for keeping me entertained for a bit. but id also have to say, loose the buttons and get a map or something. nice story line though, you should give the guy or girl a name though.....like johnny ;-)

Mechabloby responds:

Good ideas, good ideas. To be honest, I never thought of a character's name. I think I prefer it the way I've portrayed it, though. Where YOU are the character. ;P
