First playable protype involving Final Fantasy style quest gameplay. Basically this was created for the sole purpose of developing FF style script in Flash for our Final Fantasy XI project.
Working Title : Genome XI Project, Broken Genome has embarked on the production of a FF fan game based in the world of FFXI online, complete with our own original story & characters.

Coming up next... A new prototype featuring random battles (with multiple targets & party members), airship & region travel, Overworld & in game towns.

Demo & Artwork/Animation created by Phil Smith - Lead Designer
Story & Quests by Andrew Saville.

>> Had to remove Background Music for the web version. T_T

Its not perfect and the text box SFX gets alittle irrating as well as the text speed. This will be fixed in the update.

Legendary

Just the demo looked absolutely incredible.

Very promising

Excellent as far as it goes. I eagerly await the version with random battles, party members and the like. Tres bien!

Excellent

Definitely shows amazing amounts of potential! It has an oldschool FF feel to it, which is sure to be appreciated by true fans of the genre. Can't wait to see the end product!!

BrokenGenome responds:

Thanks!!

It still has a long way to go yet. Hopefully the next prototype will take on board a more FF-esque feel to it.
