What happened? all i saw was some do like creature watching a boy and a girl on her comnputer then another dog like thing came and slapped her?...thats a bit of a waste of bandiwth

I guess it's played at 12 fps. Increase it for more fluid movements (especially for camera moves). And if you know it's short, why not spending more time in a cartoon to make it longer?
