Yup - I decided to make this again and submit it and see how well it fairs. I have improved it with things like a difficulty modifier and health power up's. Plus, it looks and is animated a bit better than the last one. As I am still learning though there is no sound =/ I have only been learning Flash/ActionScript programming for little over a day now, and although my knowledge of JavaScript/PHP has helped I guess, the sound thing is definately something I will improve on in my future posts

well...
when the arrows touh the tail of the balloon, it counts a a hit. make it so it only counts against you if it hits the actual balloon
