clean up your sprites
you definitely need practice in animating. just keep making stuff, even stuff you don't plan on posting.
one thing you can definitely do is clean up your sprites. the format you save them as, I'm guessing .Jpeg, makes all sorts of inbetween colors, which results in blues and pinks and such in the white around the sprite, and also a lot of color change within the figure itself. try fixing it up and saving as a Bitmap instead, and it won't be so bad.
cleaning up the sprites is essential since your vid has a white background and you can see exactly where you copy and pasted off the sheet from in a rectangle around each sprite.
