Hey This is wonderful for your first flash! (I think, never really done a flash myself)
Anyway, the animation is good, but if you wanna get up their really try hard to make AMAZING animation.
Try to get/make a sound loop that fits in with your movie, and defenatly add action... or diologe. No one likes a flash with no point.
Can't wait for the next one, really spend some time on it, and it won't get blamed.

Congrats on 1st

This is one of the better first's I've seen in a while. It shows evidence of actual effort and a modicum of ability for story telling. Usually I cringe and grind my teeth when somebody puts in the author's comments "this is my first," but this time 'round was different.
Other than polishing up some of your character design (although the skeleton was very well done) I have no criticism. Just continue to make more and learn as you go on your own. You made a good first go of it.
