can you improve on this a ittle bit more. if u work on this it will become a great flash. and by the way ucandraw a good spartan so for that it worths a 8

Give the guy some props.

Its just a prac. flash...it shoudln't have even been allowed through the filter but some people just can't vote low based on that. It shows talent, it shows process and I can tell from watching Guy Gun just now that there has been improvement. So don't knock him b/c his practice flash made through cuz not enough people give two shits to work the portal. Submitting these kinda flashes allow the creators to get feedback without wasting a whole lot of time creating entire flashes just to have them Blammed.
