Promising Start...
I liked the Frame by frame Line thing at the start, and it was a shame you didn't carry it on (yes I know it takes a long time, but then the song is only 2 minutes and a bit long). I didn't understand the weird face either. The guitar guy was also OK. A thing to add is a slightly darker tone towards the outlines of things- it helps. The school burning, try making the flames move- it makes it look much more real.
But seriously, parts like where the man pushes the woman looks very irregular- you've just motion tweened it. The bits where no background (white) should have some, I think you'd get away with putting words for one or two sections, but you could have put the words on a T.V.
A good part was during the "Woo-Hoo!", there were only two actions. That part I liked. I think it was too literal (in a bad way) wherwe the person was touching the others hair during the "When I feel heavy metal", maybe you could have a look at the lyrics :) The muffin sections were just a gap filler too. However, I did like the guy slipping- an example of good animation.
A bit I quite liked was when the mouths of the pictures were moving, like in Fonejacker or some Monty Python stuff. I think it ccan be improved on greatly, but then it would be really good.
