What? SEEL is evolving!

And Hitler's Seel evolved into Dewgong, yay. Sadly, I have only one memorable moment of Dewgong and that was when Seel at Cerulean Gym on the animé show evolved into Dewgong and of course, Team Rocket interfering. For this episode, Dewgong Hitler here is good and shares similarities to Seel Hitler. The music you've used here is fine, although I've heard of quite a lot of hatred to Taproot for some reason. Meh, great flash anyway.

Although I think this is just another lazy developer pokemon, what with having it just a bigger seal, they are quite cute and look nice. Not to mention that they were quite powerfull, if I remember right. Awesome work.
