Well, that was an amazingly brutal piece. I wasn't expecting that at all.
Leonardo looks really freaky with his completely solid white eyes. The way that the facial expression shows off his murderous intent was really good though.
Although the flash was too short, there is a simple way that you could have made it longer - make a short freeze frame, similar to in the Road Runner cartoons, showing each character with their name and maybe something witty about them as well. Also, don't have the characters of their names jumping up and down, as they become quite difficult to read.
Maybe also do one for the Mosquito, as that would be a chance to show off drawing skills of something other than a person or background. A title for the mosquito like 'The Aggravotor' would help, for example.
