My entry into the Halloween '07 contest. Tried to go for a sort of horror movie, noir style. Runs in 25 fps, and was done in little less than 2 months with a mouse. If I somehow manage to win even the smallest sum of money on this, the first thing I will buy is a graphics tablet. XD

casey for president!

i just loved it, i truly hope you win, i mean, i hope you were president man!
gosh it was great, if i could give you more than a 5 i will.
peace man, and keep on the good work

The Perfect Halloween Flash

It had all the elements of a good Halloween flash: a disturbing story, a deranged killer, and, last but not least, a heaping helping of gore (including one particularly memorable scene involving an extremely fragile cat).

Great stuff. I loved the art style, the fact that you were able to accomplish something of this caliber with a mouse is nothing short of amazing. The way the lines constantly shifted/rearranged themselves on/around the characters helped enhance the unsettling ambience created by the story.

10/10 dude, wish you luck with the contest.

Way cool

Very awesome character design. Best Halloween submission I've seen so far thats dark/evil like this. Can't wait to see what you can do with that tablet!

irrelivent responds:

Lol. Earlier today my friend Will (star of the hit game "Beat the Jerk") said that the guy that gets killed looks like me. Which is oddly what ends up happening when I draw guys. The cyclops-bunny mask was simply because I like cyclops. Many pages of my sketchbook are dedicated to just that (and the most of the rest are comics about Bruce Campbell. Lol.). Thanks for the review!

I like the gore!

Yeah, I'm a gore fan, and this has to be one of the fews gore flashes I like, good job man! 10/10 and a 5 from me!

That was damn amazing. Even for just using a mouse. Seems like I should get some candy for this Halloween.
