You seem to be good enough at drawing, but please, practice more on the animation.
And the story seemed more than a bit random.
Also, is it too much to ask that you at last learn enough actionscript to prevent the movie from looping?
Also, try watching the movie before submitting it, things like those bad subtitles should have been caught by doing that.

Overview:

Ok, animation was a little sloppy but I understand this IS your first so just work on that better character details, movement, syncing etc.

I couldn't see most of the letters when the subtitles were on so fix that as well. But all in all it was a very good attempt keep it up.
