You can fix that...alot

Okay, don't submit everything you make with flash. This is important to remember when you are first starting out with the program. Preloaders are very important to have, and its very easy to find one on this site.
The flash barely loaded for me so I'll judge what I seen.
Use shading with your people, sound and music are very vital when it comes to animation, it makes all the difference.
Keep trying and don't submit everything you make as it won't be that great at first. You can improve and I hope to see some better work of yours.
