All the buttons are fixed, and fixed all spelling errors, plus more stuff!
A couple days ago I summited a glitchy flash of this, but then i fixed it up as people were giving my positive thoughts on the idea, but not the work.
This flash was meant to show up right ofter people sign up on NG. You might have noticed that it is the same dimensions as the staff flash.

Little Information
This is layed out pretty well to be honest and the music is good, nice buttons and text in good boxs although some buttons where aligned a little weird, but anyway. The content itself isn't anything new and it's in the FAQ too, these flash have been over done and the idea isn't new either, as well as this feeling more like a summary rather than being a key information point.
You could have included so much more, such as reviews and the audio portal as well as verious functions in the accout options, submision rules, whistle levels and so forth, yet a lot of things where missed out or not explaied very well. Granted this is better than your first attempt which is good but I really think you need more work on the information.
Sorry, keep practicing and working with flash though.
